SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following working day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48®.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days after dispatch

  • Tracking: Full tracking provided via email or SMS

  • Delivery days: Monday to Saturday

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked 48-Royal Mail): £4.99

  • Free Shipping: Available on selected promotions or bundles (if applicable)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before purchase.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at checkout.
Vivoray is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, Royal Mail may:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place

  • Attempt redelivery

  • Hold the parcel at your local depot for collection

DELAYS

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail or courier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays or peak periods

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at:

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

We will review and arrange a replacement or resolution where appropriate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
